TradeReclaim is non-custodial. We never hold user funds or request trading or withdrawal permissions for your trading account. Cashback tracking is read-only via our official affiliate API or affiliate dashboard with the exchange. We are not collecting any user data from you such as your exchange email address or KYC information. Everything is only accessible for the exchange itself. We only have access to your trading volume and our affiliate commission.
