Understanding the dashboard

We kept the dashboard simple for you. No complicated overview, not too many menus. Your dashboard shows linked exchanges, eligible trading volume, current balance and payout history. Data updates within ~24 hours of reported trades. Use Link Exchange Account to adjust or add UIDs at any time.

Current Balance: "No Balance Data Available"

This message appears when your exchange hasn't reported trades yet or you haven't traded since connecting your UID. Wait for trading until you receive an email confirmation from TradeReclaim that your UID has been successfully linked to your account. If you still cannot see any balance after 24 hours of your last trade, please contact our support team.

Connecting multiple exchanges

You can connect several exchanges and track each independently. The dashboard separates balances per exchange while showing your overall earnings. if you change UIDs, use our wizard to connect your new exchange UID by clicking "Connect Exchange" or "How it Works" on our website or "Link Exchange Account" in your dashboard.
