How To Request A Payout

Open your dashboard and select Request Payout once you reach the minimum payout amount per coin and make sure you enter the correct wallet address where we should send your funds to. You'll see the payout status update When completed, you receive funds directly to your wallet and a confirmation Email.

Minimum Payout Thresholds

Cashback can be settled different by trading pair and exchange. Some exchanges pay us the commission for BTC inverse perpetuals in BTC, some in USDT. You will always receive your cashback in the currency which we receive the commission. Payouts require a minimum balance per asset to ensure efficient network settlement: - BTC 0.0005 - ETH 0.01 - USDT 20 - USDC 20 Requests below these thresholds can't be processed. If you hold multiple assets, you can request each once its minimum is met. Remember, that you always have to pay the gas fees for payouts, which may vary due to market conditions. However, if we see high market volatility, we will postpone all small amount withdrawals to the next day, to make sure you are not paying too much gas fees.

Payout timeframe and status

Payouts are usually processed within up to 48 hours. During an active request, you cannot create a new one. After submission, watch the status in your dashboard. For on-chain transfers, network congestion can affect the arrival time in your wallet. Remember, that you always have to pay the gas fees for payouts, which may vary due to market conditions. However, if we see high market volatility, we will postpone all small amount withdrawals to the next day, to make sure you are not paying too much gas fees.

Payout currencies and inverse contracts

Cashback is paid in the asset how we receive it as commission from the exchange. If you traded inverse perpetuals (e.g., BTCUSD, ETHUSD with crypto margin), exchanges may credit the affiliate commission in BTC/ETH. We pass it through in the same coin. Change your payout wallet

Before submitting a payout, you must enter a valid wallet address for the currency you withdraw. Double-check the format to prevent issues. Already submitted requests can usually be reversed if we did not execute the payout yet. For more information please contact our support team.
