No trades detected

If no trades appear, wait up to 24 hours after executing a trade. Check if you have linked the correct UID and make sure that you have signed up through our affiliate link using our wizard. If trades remain missing, contact support with your UID, exchange, timeframe, and pair so we can check where is the issue.

Missing or low cashback

Lower than expected cashback typically stems from exchange specific fee structures or reporting windows. Make sure that your trading pair does not run under any exchange event for 0% trading fees. Spot and Future Fees may differ and vary by exchange. If you think your cashback is not correct or missing, please contact our support team.

Payout not received

If your payout hasn't arrived within 48 hours, check the transaction status, chain, and destination address. Ensure the address matches the asset type (BTC vs. ETH for example). Share your payout request ID with our support team for a manual check.

The wizard doesn't work for me

If a step in the wizard is stuck or a link doesn't open, refresh the website or try again in another browser. Alternatively clear your cookies & browser cache. You can restart the wizard anytime from "Connect Exchange" or "How it Works" as well as at "Link Exchange Account" in your dashboard. If the issue persists, contact our support team with screenshots and your exchange choice.
